Ticket Sales Dashboard
Track revenue, attendees, check-in rates, and ticket type performance.
The Ticket Sales Dashboard gives you a real-time view of how your show is selling. Access it from the show's Ticket Management page under the 'Sales & Attendees' tab.
Stats overview
The four stat cards at the top show:
- 1Tickets Sold — total tickets issued across all ticket types
- 2Revenue — total gross revenue from completed orders
- 3Attendees — number of completed orders (buyers, not individual tickets)
- 4Check-in Rate — percentage of sold tickets that have been scanned at the door
Charts
The Overview tab contains two charts: a bar chart showing ticket sales by day (last 14 days), and a pie chart breaking down revenue by ticket type. These update automatically as new orders come in.
Attendee list
The Attendees tab shows every completed order with buyer name, email, tickets purchased, amount paid, and check-in status. Use the search bar to find a specific guest quickly.
Exporting data
Click 'Export CSV' on the Attendees tab to download a spreadsheet of all orders. The export includes order ID, name, email, ticket type, quantity, total, date, and check-in status.
Use the Refresh button to pull in the latest orders without reloading the page.
