Is the free plan actually free?

Yes, with no time limit and no card. Free covers up to 3 members, 2 setlists, 2 active goals and 1 stage plot, plus the calendar, chat, task board, song library, show management and finance tracker.

Does everyone in the band have to pay?

No. Premium is billed per band, and everyone in it gets the Premium features. One person subscribes from the band's Billing page.

Can we start free and upgrade later?

Yes. Create your band, use it for free, and upgrade whenever you need more members or want to sell tickets. Everything you've already set up stays put.

What happens if we cancel Premium?

You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, then the band moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.

Can we keep our tabs and chord charts here?

Yes. Every song has a Tabs & Chords page: add a part for each guitarist and the bassist, set each one's tuning and capo, then write the chords and tab for every section. You can paste in tab from elsewhere, print it, and pull it up in Rehearsal mode. Tabs & chords are part of Premium; the free plan keeps a plain-text chord chart for every song.

How do ticket payouts work?

You connect a Stripe account once, and ticket sales are paid out to your bank by Stripe. Band Account doesn't take a percentage; the fan covers card processing at checkout.
