Discount Codes

Discount codes let you offer a percentage discount on tickets. They're useful for guest list management, press passes, promo campaigns, or rewarding loyal fans.

Creating a discount code

From the show's Ticket Management page, go to Configuration → Discount Codes:

1. Enter a code (e.g. GUESTLIST, PRESS25, EARLYBIRD) — codes are case-insensitive

2. Set the discount percentage (1–100). Use 100 for a fully free code

3. Optionally set a maximum number of uses — leave blank for unlimited

4. Optionally set an expiry date

5. Click Create — the code is active immediately

How fans use codes

On the public ticket purchase page, fans enter the code in the 'Discount code' field before completing their order. The price updates instantly to show the discounted total.

Tracking usage

The discount codes table shows how many times each code has been used. You can deactivate a code at any time by toggling it off, even if it hasn't reached its usage limit.
