Discount Codes
Create percentage-off discount codes for guest list, press, or promotional use.
Discount codes let you offer a percentage discount on tickets. They're useful for guest list management, press passes, promo campaigns, or rewarding loyal fans.
Creating a discount code
From the show's Ticket Management page, go to Configuration → Discount Codes:
- 1Enter a code (e.g. GUESTLIST, PRESS25, EARLYBIRD) — codes are case-insensitive
- 2Set the discount percentage (1–100). Use 100 for a fully free code
- 3Optionally set a maximum number of uses — leave blank for unlimited
- 4Optionally set an expiry date
- 5Click Create — the code is active immediately
For a 100% discount code, the fan completes checkout without entering card details — their ticket is issued instantly.
How fans use codes
On the public ticket purchase page, fans enter the code in the 'Discount code' field before completing their order. The price updates instantly to show the discounted total.
Tracking usage
The discount codes table shows how many times each code has been used. You can deactivate a code at any time by toggling it off, even if it hasn't reached its usage limit.
