By accessing or using Band Account ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including band owners, members, and visitors.
Band Account is a band management platform that provides tools for scheduling, setlist management, show booking, real-time collaboration, and social networking for musicians and bands. Some features require a paid subscription.
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including songs, lyrics, chord charts, audio files, and band information. By uploading content you grant Band Account a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.
You represent that you have the right to upload any content you post and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time with reasonable notice.
The Band Account platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and all content created by us, is owned by Band Account and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that termination is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Band Account shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
