Tasks overview

The Tasks feature is a lightweight Kanban board designed for band projects. Use it to track anything from 'record demo' and 'design merch' to 'book a support slot' and 'update socials'.

Board columns

Tasks move through five stages:

1. Backlog — ideas and low-priority items

2. To Do — ready to be worked on

3. In Progress — actively being worked on

4. In Review — waiting for feedback or approval

5. Done — completed

Creating a task

1. Click the '+ New task' button on the board

2. Enter a title and optional description

3. Set a status, priority, assignee, and due date

4. Click 'Create task'
