Tasks overview
Track band projects and to-dos on a Kanban board.
The Tasks feature is a lightweight Kanban board designed for band projects. Use it to track anything from 'record demo' and 'design merch' to 'book a support slot' and 'update socials'.
Board columns
Tasks move through five stages:
- 1Backlog — ideas and low-priority items
- 2To Do — ready to be worked on
- 3In Progress — actively being worked on
- 4In Review — waiting for feedback or approval
- 5Done — completed
Creating a task
- 1Click the '+ New task' button on the board
- 2Enter a title and optional description
- 3Set a status, priority, assignee, and due date
- 4Click 'Create task'
Click on any task card to open the detail panel where you can add comments, upload attachments, and view the full activity history.
