Managing shows & gigs
Track your upcoming and past shows — venue, payment, and set details.
The Shows section is where you manage your band's gigs. Each show has a venue, date, payment information, notes, and a linked setlist.
Adding a show
- 1Go to Shows in the sidebar
- 2Click 'Add show'
- 3Enter the venue name, city, date, and start time
- 4Add the guarantee (payment) amount
- 5Link a setlist if you already have one prepared
- 6Add any notes (load-in time, parking info, etc.)
- 7Save the show
Show status
Shows can be marked as Confirmed, Pending, or Cancelled. Use Pending for shows you're negotiating and Confirmed for booked ones. Cancelled shows are kept in your history.
Add shows to the calendar too so they appear in your shared schedule and members can RSVP.
