Inviting band members
How to invite your bandmates and manage member access.
Band Account uses invite links to add members. You generate a link, share it with your bandmate, and they join with their own account.
Generating an invite link
- 1Go to your band workspace
- 2Click 'Members' in the sidebar
- 3Click 'Invite member'
- 4Copy the generated invite link
- 5Send it to your bandmate via any messaging app
Joining via invite link
When a bandmate clicks the invite link, they'll be prompted to sign up or sign in. Once authenticated, they're added to the band automatically.
Invite links are single-use per person. Anyone with the link can join, so treat it like a password — regenerate it if it gets shared unintentionally.
Member roles
Band Account supports two roles: Admin and Member. Admins can manage band settings, delete content, and manage billing. Members have access to all features but can't change band settings.
- 1Admin — full access including band settings and billing
- 2Member — access to all collaboration features
