Band calendar overview
How to use the shared band calendar to schedule rehearsals, shows, and meetings.
The band calendar is a shared view of all upcoming events — rehearsals, shows, recording sessions, and anything else your band needs to coordinate. Every member can see it and RSVP to events.
Creating an event
- 1Go to Calendar in the sidebar
- 2Click on a day or click the '+ New event' button
- 3Fill in the event title, date, time, location, and notes
- 4Choose the event type (Rehearsal, Show, Recording, Meeting, Other)
- 5Save the event — all members are notified automatically
RSVPs
Members can RSVP to events with Going, Maybe, or Not Going. The event detail shows a summary of who's attending so you know if a rehearsal has enough people to go ahead.
Use the notes field to add the rehearsal set list, directions to the venue, or any prep work members need to do.
